Standard Returns: You have 14 days from delivery to return your order. Due to hygiene standards, all plugs must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened products.
Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
